Q. What is "Support and Maintenance"?

A. With the purchase of LearningServer, a year of support and maintenance is included.  This consists of product upgrades, patches, and revisions in addition to the available help and assistance from our support staff and knowledgebase.


Q. How do I receive the product once its purchased?

A. After purchasing the product, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you chose to have the product shipped to you, the product will be shipped within 1 business day.  If you chose to download the product, you will receive an additional email within 1 business day that contains download instructions.


Q. How do I activate LearningServer?

A. Included in your product box or download email will be instructions for activating the product.  In short, when you install LearningServer, two fields (License and Server ID) will be generated.  Simply email these two number sequences to IntraLearn Software and an unlock key will be sent back to you.
